DENVER, COLO., -- The case against Colorado Springs anti-tax activist Douglas Bruce wraps up Tuesday.
Denver District judge Brian Whitney will decide whether to find Bruce guilty of contempt of court.
Government lawyers say the father of Colorado's Taxpayers Bill of Rights has been illegally avoiding answering questions about
three tax-cutting proposals on ballots this fall.
Bruce has said he has nothing to do with those measures and therefore did nothing illegal by not answering those questions.
