DENVER (AP) -- A suburban Denver pot grower who was raided by federal drug agents after showing his plants to a local TV station has been indicted.

Christopher Bartkowicz faces federal charges of having 100 or more marijuana plants. He faced similar charges in February but wasn't formally indicted pending a plea deal.

He was scheduled for a plea deal last month but changed his mind and is fighting the charges.

Bartkowicz has insisted he was following state marijuana law, but he hasn't said whether he'll try to use state rules to fight the federal case.

Bartkowicz says he has sold the Highlands Ranch home where he was growing pot and is now living with friends in Denver. He remains free on a $10,000 bond.
