Jill Biden visited college in Colorado.
DENVER (AP) -- Dr. Jill Biden is visiting two Colorado community colleges during Vice President Joe Biden's visit to the state. The vice president's wife toured Red Rocks Community College Friday morning and was expected to visit Arapahoe Community College in the afternoon.
Dr. Biden has been visiting colleges nationwide in the past year to gather ideas to help with the Obama's administration's mission to make education accessible.
Dr. Biden has been an educator for 29 years and works as an English teacher at a Washington D.C.-area community college.
She will host a summit on community colleges at the White House this fall at the president's request.
