COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- If you feel you don't have the time to see your doctor for a health checkup, the Tri-Lakes YMCA is hosting a Health Fair this weekend where you can get a variety of tests and screenings for free.
Lisa Gray from the YMCA was on the FOX21 Morning News Monday to talk about the benefits of attending such events.
She says health fairs are a way for you to be proactive about you health and get all your questions answered.
The Tri-Lakes YMCA will have its free health fair on Saturday, April 10 from Noon - 3:00 P.M.
It is for all ages and you don't have to be a member to attend.
Everything from vision and bone density testing, massage, acupuncture, bicycle safety and car seat checks will be available.
There will even be activities for the kids.
