COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The El Paso County Department of Health and Environment Community is holding its first H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Coronado High School, beginning at 10 a.m. The vaccine will be provided free-of -charge on a first-come, first-served basis to the following high risk groups until the vaccines supplies are depleted:

Pregnant women

*  People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months (e.g., parents, siblings, and child care providers)

Health care and emergency medical services personnel

*  People 6 months through 24 years of age

*  People 25 years through 64 years of age who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications

Organizers say people arriving ill or showing signs of illness will not be vaccinated and will be asked to leave. Parents are asked to leave sick children at home.

Lines are expected to be long, so people are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.
