COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a recent homicide.
The CSPD said officers are on the lookout for 40-year-old Brian Joseph Hedglin.
Hedglin is wanted in connection with the death of a woman, whose body was found on Friday in an apartment on Cheyenne Villas Point.
Police said they were asked by concerned family members to check on the welfare of the victim.
They have confirmed the death is a homicide, the 13th of the year in Colorado Springs.
An exact cause of death has not been released.
Investigators said Hedglin is to be considered armed and dangerous.
