Man gets child abuse charge after attacking car

DENVER (AP) -- The Denver district attorney has charged a man with child abuse after car windows were smashed and tires were slashed with three children inside.

Shaun Thomas is due in court Friday to answer charges of criminal mischief and child abuse.

According to KMGH-TV, Thomas is accused of attacking his girlfriend's car on June 7 after he got angry. The children were not injured.
