COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Two southern Colorado Walmart stores were evacuated Friday night and Saturday.

The Walmart off Highway 24 in Woodland Park was evacuated around 10:40 p.m. Friday for a bomb threat.

The Woodland Park Police Department said a store employee received a phone call from an anonymous person who reported the bomb.

The store was immediately evacuated and officers, along with a K-9 from Fort Carson, searched the store but found nothing.

The Walmart reopened at 2:00 a.m. and the investigation is ongoing.

Then, Saturday afternoon, the Walmart near the intersection of Platte and Chelton in Colorado Springs had to be evacuated for a bomb threat.

Colorado Springs Police Officers are currently on scene investigating.
