PUEBLO, COLO. -- A family is pleading for help in finding a young woman who has been missing for more than a month.

Kelsie Schelling, a 22-year-old from Denver, has been missing since February 4.

According to Pueblo Police Schelling drove to Pueblo to meet an acquaintance at Walmart and disappeared.

"She's very close with family and friends and would definitely not go this long without talking to somebody," Colby Schelling, Kelsie's brother, said during a press conference.

Friday Colby pleaded for someone to come forward with information.

"Kelsie's always quick to lend a helping hand and we're asking everyone to continue to help with a lending hand for her as well. She needs all of us right now and anything you can do would be great," Colby said.

Police are keeping tightlipped about her case. They said it's still being investigated as a missing person and wouldn't share whether or not foul play is suspected.

Police said surveillance video from Walmart shows Kelsie's car, a 2011 black Chevy Cruze, being picked up February 6 by an unknown male.

Police later found her car at St. Mary-Corwin Hospital. Surveillance video there showed it had been parked there since February 7.

Police said they've searched local hospitals but Kelsie is still missing.

"I would ask whoever has seen her and if Kelsie hears this please contact a family member," Detective Neal Robinson, Pueblo Police, said. "I mean these are the folks that are hurting the most. They're the ones who want to see their family member again."

Kelsie's cell phone records show she was in Pueblo until at least February 7. Police said that's when her cell phone battery died. Her phone hasn't been turned on since.

Still her family remains hopeful that Kelsie will come home.

"We all love and miss Kelsie very much and want to do whatever it takes to bring her home," Colby said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Police or Crime Stoppers at 719-542-STOP.
