COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Season 8 Hell's Kitchen contestant Jillian Flathers is proving to be a strong competitor on FOX's hit TV show.

Jillian spent a few years in Colorado Springs before moving to Pagosa Springs. She auditioned for the show, and despite not having worked in fine dining before, has outlasted many of the original 16 contestants.

Hell's Kitchen airs on FOX21 Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. local time.
