Air Force Academy cadet heads to court for sexual misconduct

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, COLO. -- An Air Force Academy cadet is set to face military court on Tuesday for sexual misconduct.

Cadet 2nd Class Anthony D. Daniels, Jr., was accused of the charges back in Sept. 2012. According to U.S. Air Force Academy Public Affairs, Daniels was charged with attempted sodomy, aggravated sexual assault and sodomy.

The court marital is scheduled for Tuesday,

"It must be emphasized that charges are merely accusations, and that Cadet Daniels is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty," a news release said.
