PUEBLO, COLO. -- A Sexually Violent Predator is moving into Pueblo, according to police.

Phillip Vigil, 31, is registered as homeless in Pueblo, police said. He is currently on Intensive Supervised Parole with GPS monitoring after being released from the Colorado Department of Corrections.

According to his criminal background, Vigil was convicted of sexually assaulting a juvenile female. He was also convicted of Burglary, Theft, Assault and a restraining order violation.
