COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. --  A 15th Sexually Violent Predator has moved to Colorado Springs, according to police.

Frank Anastacio Gallegos, 29, does not have a fixed address but is living in the area of Wagner Park, near Bijou Street and Stanford Street, police said.

Police said Gallegos' past behavior led him to be labeled as a "Sexually Violent Predator" by the court.

According to police, Gallegos was convicted of Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child in Huerfano County back in 2003. He was also convicted of Witness Tampering in 2003.
