COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The man who police say stole money and jewelry from an employee of a business on Galley Road is being sought.
At about 7:15 p.m., Tuesday, police responded to a business in the 3700 block of Galley Road on a robbery.
Police said a 35-year-old employee was contacted by a suspect who was carrying a handgun. The suspect, according to police, demanded the victim to give him money and the jewerly he was wearing.
The suspect fled the business with the jewely and an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
He is described as a black of Hispanioc man, about five-foot-eight inches tall with a medium build. Police said he was wearing a long, dark puffy jacket, a black hoodie, blue jeans, black sneakers and a black ski mask.
The suspect was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun, police said.
