Homecoming ceremony planned for Fort Carson soldiers

FORT CARSON, COLO. (AP) -- A ceremony is being held about 60 Fort Carson Soldiers returning to Colorado from Afghanistan.

The ceremony on Wednesday follows a 10-month deployment protecting Afghan citizens and fighting terrorists.

The soldiers also provided medical assistance.
