COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The glow of candles and the sounds of people singing, are all you could hear and see at the emotional Memorial Park vigil.
Colorado Springs residents brought teddy bears and 20 candles to represent the 20 children killed in Friday's Newtown, Conn. massacre.
Parents passed out candles as everyone in attendance took turns reminding the group to cherish their children.
Newtown, Conn. is more than 1,800 miles away but the distance couldn't stop the overwhelming feeling of loss for that small town.
