Bob's elves need bike donations

Santa's helpers have been hard at work, but even they can't provide everything for Christmas this year.

The Bob Telmosse' Christmas Giveaway is fast approaching, but elves still need bicycles. A lot of them. So now they are asking for help from the Pikes Peak Region.

This Friday, the organization will have a donation drop-off in the hopes of collecting 200 new bicycles.  Organizers are hoping the public will help donate an average of 25 bikes an hour. They are requesting bicycles between 16 and 20 inches.

Bikes can be dropped off at the Freedom Financial Services Expo Center between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Friday, December 14th. The expo center is located at 3650 North Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs. 

This is the 30th anniversary of the Christmas Giveaway, which takes place Friday December 21st from 7:00 to 2:00, also at the Freedom Financial Services Expo Center.
