CSPD find a dead body in the walking trails by Stetson Hills Elementary School.

Dago produces FOX21 Morning News from 5-9 a.m.

Colorado Springs Police found a dead man in the walking trail area east of Emma Lane and west of Stetson Hills Elementary School on Thursday night.

Members of the Violent Crimes Homicide Unit responded, along with the El Paso County Coroner’s Office, to assist in the investigation.

At this time there does not appear to be anything suspicious about the death.

The identification of the man will not be released, pending an autopsy.
