Three people were arrested overnight following an alleged home invasion.
Colorado Springs Police were called about 1:00 this morning to a house on Sanderson Avenue, east of Murray and Palmer Park The victim said several suspects forced their way into the home and they were fighting. The suspects left before officers arrived, but police spotted a group of five suspects nearby. Police identified one man and two women as being involved. Early investigations revealed that the victim is known to some of the suspects, and the intent was to assault the victim rather than steal property.
CSPD arrested Justice Carter, Breeann Montoya and Shane Montoya for Burglary and Conspiracy.
