COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for a man who used a gun to rob a woman Sunday evening in the city.
According to the woman, a man came up and started talking to her in the 800 block of East Platte Avenue around 7:53 p.m. He then pulled out a gun and demanded cash.
The woman gave him money, and he ran off.
Officers searched the area but couldn't find him.
Officers said the gunman is a 21 to 26-year-old Hispanic man with a dark complexion. He is about 5'8" and has a skinny build with thick eye brows. He wore blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
