Police have identified the victim in a hit-and-run crash in Canon City.
Canon City Police identified the man Wednesday afternoon as 49 year old man Kyle Keefe from Canon City. He died later Wednesday night.
Police say Keefe was riding his bike in northeast Canon City Tuesday afternoon, at Field Avenue and Leslie Lane when he was struck by a pickup truck, which left the scene. Police are still trying to identify and locate the driver of the pickup, which is dark in color, possibly black or dark blue. Anyone with information is asked to call Canon City Police at 276-5600 or notify Crime Stoppers.
