Extra cops at Boulder high school after Facebook threat

BOULDER, COLO. (AP) -- Extra police will be posted inside and near Boulder High School this week following a Facebook posting threatening the school.

KMGH-TV reports that that the post threatened the safety of the students and staff during the upcoming school week. School principal Kevin Braney says police and school administrators are investigating.

Braney says he decided to proceed with normal school operations following the initial investigation.
