DENVER (AP) -- President Barack Obama is scheduled to make a campaign stop in Boulder on Sunday.

The unspecified events in Boulder will be the president's second campaign stop in Colorado in less than a week.

He is scheduled to appear at a rally at Colorado State University in Fort Collins on Tuesday as part of a swing through battleground state college towns.

A campaign official confirmed the president's return appearance scheduled for Sunday.

Colorado is a key swing state for both campaigns and has been seeing plenty of the candidates.

Obama's Boulder visit would come on the eve of the Democratic National Convention, which is scheduled to begin Sept. 4 in Charlotte.
