COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A man is recovering from multiple stab wounds after a party ended in an fight just after midnight.
20-year-old Ian Strickland is arrested on charges of second-degree assault.
Police responded to a disturbance involving a knife at an apartment on Potter Drive where they found several people fighting on the floor. Police said Strickland grabbed a knife during the fight and stabbed the victim multiple times on his torso and extremities.
The victim's name is not released, but he is a 24-year-old white male. He was taken to Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations on the cause of the fight are ongoing.
