PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers are asking for your help looking for a man accused of stealing an elderly woman's purse and using her stolen credit cards.

On July 10, a man approached the woman in the parking lot of the King Soopers on West 29th Street and asked her for directions to I-25. After the woman gave him directions, he got into her car, stole her purse and ran to a car before leaving the area in it.

The man used the woman's credit cards at various locations throughout Pueblo after the theft.

Officers said the suspect is an 18 to 20-year-old Hispanic man with a slender build, brown hair, a mustache and a goatee. He wore a blue sleeveless shirt, black shorts and black shoes during the theft.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at (719) 542-7867.
