Sex offender released from prison for fifth time

PUEBLO, COLO. -- For the fourth time since 2010 and fifth time overall, a convicted sex offender has been released from prison.

Pueblo Police officers said 26-year-old Emmanuel Bitsuie is free and living in the 1400 block of East Evans Avenue in Pueblo.

Bitsuie was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in her car and also has a prior felony menacing conviction.

Bitsuie's first parole violation came on March 8, 2010 and prompted a neighborhood meeting.

Bitsuie violated parole a second time after his release Sept. 1 of 2010.

Bitsuie was released from prison for a third time June 6. He violated parole for a third time in November and was later released before violating parole yet again, promting an arrest July 6.

He is a 5'6" American Indian who weighs 170 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a cross on his left hand.
