COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A man who had four outstanding warrants was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with a shooting late Monday night.
Around 11:23 p.m. Monday, Colorado Springs Police officers responded to the 700 block of Bonfoy Avenue after someone called to tell them a man and a woman were arguing and shots had been fired. When officers got there, they saw a car with bullet holes in it but no sign of either person.
Officers later learned 28-year-old Chandler Stanley and a woman were staying at the Drury Inn in the 8100 block of North Academy Boulevard. They couldn't find Stanley Tuesday but arrested him around 1:11 a.m. Wednesday.
Stanley will be charged with domestic violence from the shooting as well as his four warrants.
