Evans police officers investigate reported abduction

EVANS, COLO. (AP) -- Evans police are investigating a reported abduction after a girl told police she was forced into a vehicle by a masked man.

Police said they were called Sunday about a report of a missing 9-year-old girl.

The girl was found safe about a mile away. She was taken to a hospital where doctors determined she had no injuries.
