COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- One woman died Tuesday afternoon after rolling her car while swerving to avoid another in Colorado Springs.
Colorado Springs Police officers said a 21-year-old woman was driving south on Union Boulevard south of Ranch Drive when she saw a stalled car in the right traffic lane. She swerved to avoid the car, lost control and rolled over near Academy Boulevard.
She was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and later died.
The woman, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was the only person in her car. Nobody else was hurt in the crash.
