Manhunt begins for escapee in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are asking for the public's help finding an escaped felon.

Officers said 35-year-old Jeremy Gulczynski escaped custody and was last seen in the area of Chestnut Street and West Pikes Peak Avenue.

Gulczynski is wanted for escape, parole violation and second degree burglary.

He is a white man, 6' tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has short buzzed blonde hair and blue eyes with tattoos on both upper arms. He also has previous narcotics violations.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
