COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Officers arrested 54-year-old Ronald Brown around 2 a.m. Wednesday following a standoff.
Officers were able to get an arrest warrant for Brown for felony menacing after he was considered armed and dangerous. Brown was armed with guns, vests a helmet and a gas mask. He was unconscious after tear gas was used and is at a hospital.
Brown was wanted for an incident over the weekend and was uncooperative with officers.
About 33 people were evacuated nearby.

Colorado Springs Police officers responded to a standoff Tuesday night.
Officers said they believe a man has barricaded himself inside an apartment, armed with a gun. It happened on Rusty Nail Point near South Chelton Road and the Hancock Expressway.
Officers said the suspect is Ron Brown. He's wanted for a fight that occurred over the weekend involving a gun. They believe he's trying to avoid being arrested.
The CSPD said several neighbors have been evacuated for precautionary reasons, and traffic is being diverted in the area.
Officers are working to contact Brown.
