Child hurt by glass after bullets fly through window

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A 6-year-old child was treated for minor injuries Sunday morning after at least two bullets came through glass.

Colorado Springs Police officers said the child was sleeping and was hurt by window glass that broke when someone fired shots into the apartment in the 1000 block of South Chelton Road in the city.

The windows and curtains were damaged, but the child's injuries were not serious, and nobody else was hurt.
