Sex offender released from prison for fourth time

PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers have announced convicted sex offender Emmanuel Bitsuie has been released from prison for the third time in the past two years and fourth time since his original conviction.

The 26-year-old sexually violent predator will be living in the 900 block of Highway 50 West in Pueblo.

Bitsuie was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in her car and also has a prior felony menacing conviction.

Bitsuie's first parole violation came on March 8, 2010 and prompted a neighborhood meeting.

Bitsuie was released from prison for a third time June 6. He violated parole for a third time in November.

He is a 5'6" American Indian who weighs 170 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a cross on his left hand.
