COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Two men who were customers of a neighboring 7-11 store helped hold down a man who tried to steal from Burger King Thursday evening.

According to Colorado Springs Police officers, 23-year-old Jason Brochu "bullied" his way to the other side of the counter at the Burger King in the 1700 block of East Platte Avenue around 8:13 p.m. and tried to steal money from the cash register.

Two men from the nearby 7-11 came into the store and held Brochu down until officers arrived.

Brochu was arrested and charged with attempted theft. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
