The Department of Corrections will release 33-year-old Isadore Romero Tuesday, and he will be returning to his home in the 2000 block of South Chelton Road.
Romero was released originally on May 23, 2011. He was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a child and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute back in 2003. He was also convicted of possession/sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance in 1998.
The 32-year old Hispanic man is 5'4" and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
He will be on supervised parole.
Officers also announced Monday they arrested sexually violent predator Jerrell Evans, a 30-year-old man who violated his parole. Evans was released earlier this year.
