COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Two robberies that happened early Wednesday morning had similar reports, and now officers are looking for suspects.
Colorado Springs Police officers said the first happened around 3:40 a.m. in the 800 block of East Kiowa Street. As the victim was walking toward his/her car, a person wearing a clown mask jumped out of the passenger side of a compact silver SUV with a gun and demanded money from the victim.
Around 5 a.m., a silver compact SUV pulled up to the 1000 block of Mount Werner Circle. The passenger got out, showed a gun and demanded money from a victim warming up a car.
Officers said nobody w as hurt in either robbery, and nobody has been arrested.
