COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for a man who exposed himself to high schoolers Monday morning.
According to officers, the man was in his car in the 2100 block of Afton Way on the north side of Wasson High School around 7:09 a.m. when students were let off the bus.
Students said the man exposed himself from the car, then drove off as students went inside to tell security.
Security officers let other School District 11 officials know, but they have not found the man.
"Security notified all of our district principals just to let them know, because this car did drive off," D11 Spokesperson Devra Ashby said, "We also wanted to make sure the surrounding schools were notified to keep an eye out."
Students said he is in his 20s with hazel or green eyes and brown or gray hair. He was wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt and blue jeans.
His car is a light green four-door sedan that may be a Chrysler Sebring. Officers got video surveillance of his car, which can be seen above.
"We ask that students, parents, community members to be aware and if they notice anything unsual or out of place, just let somebody know," Ashby said.
