CONIFER, COLO. (AP) -- A cold front has brought light rain and possibly snow to a wildfire in the Colorado mountains that charred 6 square miles and apparently killed three people
The National Weather Service said temperatures dropped into the 30s Monday in the mostly rural area southwest of Denver.
Forecasters say 2 to 4 inches of snow could fall overnight.
All residents have been allowed to return to their homes a week after the fire erupted.
Intermountain Rural Electric Association says power has been restored to all but about 56 of the 267 customers who lost it during the fire. The utility says it could take weeks to rebuild a power line that was destroyed by the fire.
Two or three miles of line burned.
