COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are still searching for two men who allegedly assaulted a woman at a park Saturday night while she was with her 7-month-old child.
Officers said a 17-year-old girl was pushing her baby in a stroller at Prairie Grass Park around 8:48 p.m. when two men came up to her and asked for her name.
When the girl kept walking, she said the men ripped off her shirt and began punching her.
Officers said the woman somehow got away with just minor injuries, and the baby wasn't hurt.
She described one suspect as a 20-year-old dark-skinned black man, about 5'5" with a black bandana around his neck and a black doo-rag on his head, wearing other "gang attire" as well. The other was a Hispanic man, about 5'7" - 5'8" and weighs 160-170 pounds. He wore a black fitted cap, a plain white t-shirt and baggy blue jeans.
