COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested two men who were caught on camera after breaking into a building under construction Sunday night.
Officers went to the building in the 900 block of Elkton Drive, which was under interior renovation, after 51-year-old William Brookbank and 41-year-old Joshua Webb set off a burglary alarm.
The construction company working on the building installed security cameras, which saw the men roaming around inside.
Officers set up a perimeter around the building and met the men as they tried escaping through a window.
Both Brookbank and Webb have been charged with burglary. Officers said they were the only two inside.
