Colo. bear sightings up as hibernation ends

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. (AP) -- More bears are hitting the road in Colorado as warmer weather begins sweeping across the state.

The latest bear reports are in Colorado Springs and Teller County.

According to KKTV-TV, Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife officials say they set a record last year with more than 1,000 calls about bears.
