COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A Grand Jury has ruled no charges will be filed in the shooting death of a Colorado Springs man in mid-February.
The District Attorney's Office presented the facts to the jury after learning 22-year-old Joshua Bueno's death may have been self-defense.
Bueno's body was found Feb. 16 at Water Works Car Wash near Academy Boulevard and Galley Road in Colorado Springs.
Officers arrested 23-year-old Erik Camacho for murder the next day, but he will be released following the Grand Jury's decision.
The District Attorney did not give any more details about the ruling, but officers had said the two men knew each other.
