BOULDER, COLO. (AP) -- A Boulder man is facing felony charges after witnesses said he cut through a plastic wall to avoid paying his bar tab.
Police say 42-year-old Robert Engles could be charged with menacing, defrauding an innkeeper and criminal mischief over a $33 bar tab.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera, restaurant employees restrained Engles on Saturday after he cut his way through a plastic wall and got trapped inside a metal fence that surrounds the patio.
