COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Several tow truck drivers gathered near the intersection of Platte Avenue and Babcock Road Friday to pay their respects to fellow operator Allen Rose, who was dragged to his death one year ago Thursday.

The procession came as a result of a verdict in which a jury found dragging suspect Detra Farries guilty of all 10 charges she faced, including vehicular homicide, manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly accident, among other traffic charges.

Farries drove away as Rose was preparing to tow her illegally-parked SUV on Feb. 23, 2011. Rose's feet became tangled in the cables, and he was dragged for more than a mile to his death.

Farries faces up to 24 years in prison and will be sentenced April 20.
