COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. (AP) -- A task force in El Paso County is hoping to stop an alarming trend of young children being killed by their parents after 10 children died last year.
The task force wants to educate parents and let them know there are resources available to help avoid neglect and abuse.
According to KKTV-TV, the task force wants to set up a hotline by April to handle calls for help.
