FREMONT COUNTY, COLO. -- Fremont County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a woman for harassment after a man was found dead in a motor home Sunday evening.
According to deputies, a 53-year-old man died around 6 p.m. after suffering what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses said they heard the man and 45-year-old Valorie Rice arguing before he died.
Deputies said the call came in saying the man had shot himself, and they found a gun next to his body when they arrived.
Rice was in the motor home at Mountaindale Campground when the man died and is charged with domestic violence harassment.
Deputies said Rice and the man lived together
but did not say how they were related. A coroner is expected to complete an autopsy this week to determine exactly how the man died.
