Girl found dead in Woodland Park

WOODLAND PARK, COLO. -- Woodland Park Police officers are investigating the death of a 16-year-old girl.

Officers said they got a call around 7:50 a.m. Monday from a medical emergency notification service because a girl was not breathing. When paramedics and fire crews arrived, they found the girl dead in a home.

Officers have not released any other information but said an autopsy will be performed to determined how she died.
