Man critically injured in crash

ORTERO COUNTY, COLO. -- The Colorado State Patrol said a rollover crash early Sunday morning left one man critically injured.

Authorities said the crash happened on Colorado 50 in Ortero County just after midnight.

The truck went off the road and rolled, ejecting the driver, before landing on its roof.

Authorities said 25-year-old Daniel Messick was critically injured in the crash.

The investigation is still underway, and contributing factors in the crash have not been identified yet.
