DENVER (AP) -- A man was pinned under a bus in Denver after apparently falling underneath it as it pulled away from a stop.
The man was taken to the hospital Thursday night but his condition isn't known.
The Denver Post reported that man appeared to be sleeping on a bench at a bus stop as passengers got on the bus. As the bus pulled away, the driver looked in the side-view mirror and saw the man stand up and fall under the bus.
He was pinned underneath the back tires of the bus and firefighters used air bags to raise up the bus and free him.
