Heavy snow expected over Colo. mountains

DENVER (AP) -- The National Weather Service says snow is expected to be widespread across the Colorado mountains this weekend, with up to 8 inches of snow in the northern mountains.

Forecasters are also warning of high snow drifts.

The weather service says a chance of mountain snow will continue through Monday.
